"An aura of electricity pulsed around a boy with shaggy teal hair, no older than seventeen. He was rushing along the rooftop of a skyscraper, ready to jump to the next roof. Hot on his trail was a pack of ten flying drones, chasing him with no remorse. As he jumped, he shot electricity from his hand, using the electromagnetic force to pull himself to the metallic surface of the next roof."
Physical Description
Cyril is relatively fit, as he trains often. He has a generally average level of stamina but has a quick reaction time. His aberration allows him the immunity to electric shocks.

This gives him the ability to control anything in the electromagnetic spectrum. This makes him a force to be reckoned with. It also gives him a passive shield around his body to certain materials, and gives him a few extra senses.

He tends to use his ability to control and shoot charges of electricity, as well as creating waves of ferrous material around him.

Within the case, there is an Artificial Intelligence program installed, called Ava. Cyril tends to use Ava to play music during fights or while training as there are a speaker and microphone installed to allow the full usage of Ava.
Mental characteristics
He was born to a woman by the name of Cynthia Prince, and an unknown father (who’s name is only known by Cynthia). He was an unexpected birth, and his mother didn’t really want to have him. She was a busy woman, and the strongest Aberrationist on Cynder, the Dragon Mistress. She was also the head of the Dragon Cult. This gave her very little time to spend with Cyril.
During his childhood, he became good friends with their next door neighbor’s daughter, Nora Sylvan. They spent a lot of time together playing and attended school together. They quickly became best friends.
Due to his Aberration being similar to his mother’s abilities, he at-least had some time to train with her until she abandoned him completely when he was age 8. She left him to the care of their neighbors, the Sylvan family. He was allowed free roam of the house, and rarely saw his mother from then on.
Due to his friendship to Nora, and having spent time with her family all through his early childhood--he was already seen as a part of their family to some degree.
He excelled in school, and was popular with a lot of kids, while still being best friends with Nora.
When he turned 9… the unexpected happened. Nora was kidnapped by an unknown person or group. Nora’s family searched and searched, but she was nowhere to be found--and the authorities weren’t helpful at all. Cyril quickly turned depressed, but began soon after began to focus more on training his Aberration to one day fight to get her back.
The next three years were really hard on Cyril, though he made it through them. Then came the day where Nora returned. Cyril arrived home from school at age 12, finding Nora unconscious on the doorstep. After panicking, and alerting her parents, they all immediately rejoiced and then got her medical attention.
Nora turned out to be fine, besides a newfound blindness. Cyril began to stay by her side more than ever, and quickly became even more deeply attached to her than he was before. After a few more years and them learning to adapt, they confessed their feelings for eachother at age 16. They both began relying more on eachother, and Cyril became her seeing eye dog, while still managing to keep interests of his own.
Due to his abandonment by his mother, he soon began to want to become the best Aberrationist and surpass her one day. While he still loved his mother, he wanted to be her rival. He wanted to become something better than she was, because of what she did to him. She didn’t even try to help find Nora during her kidnapping. Cyril also vowed to one day find out who the kidnappers are who hurt Nora and take them down, not knowing that Nora is hiding who they are from him.
Cyril eventually graduated from the Inauguration City Highschool, top of his class in both academics and Aberration level. After he graduated, he signed up and began to train for the upcoming season of the hit game-show, Shifting Equilibrium.
Cyril graduated from Inauguration City Highschool.
He's been trained by his mother since birth, alhough very little, due to their Aberrations being similar. He's primarily trained himself all the way to Aberration Level 7.

He's scarred from losing Nora at age 9, and the abandonment by his own mother.
When Nora returned, he quickly became entranced by her presence and she became a primary drive for him, though not his only drive. He soon became codependent and was used by Nora as her seeing eye dog. Besides this, he loves her deeply.

Personality Characteristics
He has three motivations:
Nora Sylvan is his first motivation. She's his day and night--the one he strives to protect and help at any cost. Ever since the return from her kidnapping and her newfound blindness due to "The Dark", he acts as her seeing eye dog.
He strives to become the top Aberrationist at any cost, and surpass his mother's legacy. He was born her child, but due to her near abandonment he wants to grow up to be her rival.
He also strives to find and take down the people who kidnapped Nora, not knowing that she knows who they are and that they experimented on her.

He's very extroverted with a high ego, as well as being cocky when challenged. He's also highly loyal to Nora.
He tends to give nicknames to a lot of people he meets. Especially people who will duel him.
Cyril has a pet dragon, given to him by his mother when he was younger.
He has named the dragon, "Meow-Meow". It shares his Aberration of Electro-magnekinesis. It also shares Nora's Gravity aberration. This is because the dragon has chosen to link to both of them due to being around them all of the time.
History
They met when they both were babies, at the age of two. They grew up together for years, playing everything together and doing everything they could together.
When Cyril’s mom abandoned him, Nora’s family became his family which only served to strengthen the bond between the two. As Cyril spent more and more time with Nora’s family, the closer the two of them became over time.
While Cyril was popular in school, Nora wasn’t. All she did was focus on Cyril and only wanted to be his friend, not anyone else’s. She loved Cyril and wanted to spend every moment she could with him; though she didn’t know this as love back then.
At the age of nine, Nora was kidnapped. This put a lot of stress between the two of them, because they intensely missed each-other. This was also a traumatic experience for the both of them, not knowing what was going to happen to Nora. Through this all, Nora began to change.
She later lied to Cyril, hiding a lot about the traumatic kidnapping experience. She didn’t tell him how she manipulated a kid into sacrificing themself so she could get free. She was worried Cyril would think badly of her. She also didn’t tell him who the kidnappers were, because she felt that Cyril would be helpless against them, knowing he would try to fight them.
When Nora finally returned, she quickly attached herself to Cyril, and Cyril quickly attached himself to her emotionally. They didn’t want to lose eachother again. They never left each-other’s side. They both loved each-other dearly and wanted nothing else than to protect and help the other. She was blind, and he became a crutch for her. He helped her learn to cope, but in turn became her seeing eye dog. They both changed and became each others crutches as time went on.
Nora began to become more jealous about Cyril spending a lot of time with others compared to his past with her, and was hurt by the people who he was around. She brought this up to him, and things began to change. He had already stopped talking to the people because of his newfound closeness with her, but he cut even more people off, though it wasn’t that big of a deal to him. Nora was bullied by a lot of the students who idolized Cyril, because she was that “blind waste of space” and “the normal” and the “kidnapped freak”. Cyril didn’t want her to hurt anymore so he willingly gave up his popularity. He loved her, so he began to spend more time with her. They had to make up for lost time somehow.
At age 16, they both confessed their love for eachother. While they both hadn’t said anything about it in the past, they both knew it in their hearts. One night during a new years eve party, they laid in bed talking to each-other about their feelings, and had their first kiss.
Things continued for years, and they both graduated from the same school. They then both set their sites on their future together, talking a few times about marriage in the short future. They also began to plan becoming a team for the upcoming season of Shifting Equilibriums gameshow, so they could win it together.

Legal Status

His family is wealthy, with his mother being one of the best Aberrationists in the world, though he is not. He's considered middle class, due to his mother not sharing much of the money with him, leaving him with only the house and just enough money for food and some extra entertainment devices.
He's striving to make enough money to support Nora, and has not asked his mother for help.
